Course Description
This evening class will set you up for a peaceful night of restorative rest. The class is a deep relax and reset, to calm your nervous system, helping you slow down from the busyness of modern life, reconnect to yourself through breath and movement and therefore - refill your cup! The yoga is slow Vinyasa Yoga blended with Yin Yoga. During Vinyasa, your breath matches every movement as we transition from pose to pose in a gentle, mindful way. You will feel like you’ve had a really good stretch out and eased aches and pains, by building better posture. The yin poses are held for a little longer so that you can slow your breath and come into rest and digest, finding your sense of calm again. Zoe Has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 9. She has a background in holistic health and wellbeing, is deeply connected to nature and the cycles women tap into and so weaves teachings of astrology, cyclic awareness, femininity into the classes. Suitable for all women (3 months+ postnatal )

Reservation & Payment Bookings on any classes are only secured once full payment of the applicable course fee has been processed. Prices are correct as they appear on the website. Prices may change occasionally and offers may be available for a limited time. Cancellation All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is cancelled by Zoe Meachem, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellation by a course participant although Zoe may, in their sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in exceptional circumstances. All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.
