Course Description
Saturday 8th August 2-4pm | Spetchley Park and Gardens A slow, restorative afternoon to properly switch off and rest / feel inspired. We'll begin with a gentle, energising flow to shake off the week, easing down into yin stretches as the sound begins to weave through the practice, before settling fully into a sound bath in our beautiful Wilmot Room space, surrounded by the grounds of Spetchley Park. As it happens, the date falls on the Lion's Gate Portal, a date astrologers associate with setting intentions. So if that's your thing, we'll leave a little time at the end for you to write down an intention and burn it into a flame. If it's not your thing, simply enjoy the stillness, either way, you'll leave feeling lighter. We'll wake gently, before coming together over herbal tea. ✨ No previous experience needed, just bring yourself. 🦁 Not suitable during pregnancy due to the yoga portion of the session. 💛 Expect deep rest, a little movement, and plenty of stillness. Set within the beautiful Spetchley Park and Gardens, the session is held indoors, with plenty of time for a coffee and a stroll around the gardens before/afterwards Early Bird offer: £23 if booked by 21st July, then £28 (use code LIONSGATE). Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment Bookings on any classes are only secured once full payment of the applicable course fee has been processed. Prices are correct as they appear on the website. Prices may change occasionally and offers may be available for a limited time. Cancellation All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is cancelled by Zoe Meachem, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellation by a course participant although Zoe may, in their sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in exceptional circumstances. All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.
