Baby's Hand

Baby Massage

Zoe's Baby Massage course gives you a weekly chance to slow down and reflect on life with a your baby, while learning how to massage them from head to toe, and take care of yourself as a new mum too.

Baby massage has so many benefits, such as easing colic, aiding brain and emotional development, supporting the immune and nervous systems. Plus so much more!

For parents too there are many profound benefits, such as gaining confidence, feeling connected and bonded with your baby, release of de-stress hormones and regulation of your nervous system.

This class is suitable for babies around 1-6 months old. Before 1 month and they will likely just want to sleep, after 4-6 months ish they will want to wriggle around lots.

You will get a chance to connect with other parents and explore your motherhood journey in a calm, understanding and supportive environment.

Classes run in Bromsgrove on Wednesdays, Worcester on Thursdays and Malvern on Fridays.

Meditation

Women's Yoga

Zoe's Women's yoga classes are a little bit different to most yoga classes. We start every session with a women's circle to share how we're all feeling and what's happening in our lives from week to week. Zoe then creates a session based on the needs of the group. Sometimes a dynamic vinyasa flow, or perhaps more focus on breath work and meditation of sometimes a gentle and restorative yin yoga session. We always work with the cycles of the moon, seasons and our hormones to stay in balance and connected to our innate feminine wisdom.

Classes run in Worcester on Mondays and Bromsgrove on Tuesdays.

Yoga Circle

Suitable for all ages and genders.

A weekly chance to focus on all aspects of your wellbeing.
We start with a healing circle, each taking a turn to share how we are, what’s been happening in our lives and how we’ve been feeling - this part is so wonderful for building a community, feeling like you belong and gaining support and connection.

Then we practice yoga depending on our needs from week to week.
Vinyasa yoga (flowing, mindful placement of the body)
Restorative yin yoga (to help us slow down and stretch more deeply)
Yoga Nidra (to deeply rest and come into a calmer nervous system)

Sessions are linked in to the cycles of nature, the moon and the ebbs and flows of life.

All equipment is provided

This weekly class takes place on Mondays in Worcester
