Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing

With nearly a decade of experience and a dedication to maternal wellbeing, Zoe has supported hundreds of families through all kinds of births. Her weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes offer expectant mothers a nurturing space to stay healthy, relaxed, and connected with their bodies as they prepare for birth.

In these classes, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be, sharing your pregnancy journey and building a supportive community.

 

Zoe’s classes are designed to help ease the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, offering a range of benefits, including:

  • Improved flexibility and strength: Gentle stretches and movements help to maintain muscle tone and prepare your body for labour.

  • Relief from common pregnancy discomforts: Yoga can help alleviate back pain, pelvic discomfort, and swelling, providing much-needed relief.

  • Enhanced relaxation and stress reduction: Breathing techniques and mindful movement promote relaxation and emotional wellbeing.

  • Preparation for labour: Specific poses and breathwork can help you manage contractions and promote a more positive birthing experience, however your birth unfolds.

In addition to Pregnancy Yoga, Zoe runs full-day Hypnobirthing workshops, providing you and your birth partner with practical tools for a calm and confident birth. These workshops can be booked individually or alongside the yoga classes for a full mind and body approach to birth preparation.

Baby's Hand

Baby Massage and
Relax Mama Course

Zoe's Baby Massage course is a weekly opportunity to slow down and connect with your baby, while learning nurturing massage techniques and baby reflexology to promote your little one’s health and wellbeing.

 

This class provides a calming space for you to bond with your baby and practice self-care as a new mum.

You’ll be guided through a full-body baby massage sequence, including reflexology techniques that help stimulate your baby’s natural healing responses. Baby massage and reflexology have numerous benefits—easing colic, supporting brain and emotional development, aiding sleep, and boosting the immune and nervous systems.

For parents, these classes offer many benefits, from building confidence and strengthening your bond with your baby to releasing de-stress hormones and regulating your nervous system, which is vital in the early months of motherhood.

This course is designed for babies around 1-6 months old. Babies younger than 1 month will likely prefer sleep, and after 4-6 months, they may enjoy a Mum and Baby yoga class, as they become more active.

In addition to learning these valuable techniques, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other parents, sharing your experiences in a calm and supportive environment.

Mum and Baby Yoga

These Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a perfect blend of gentle postnatal yoga for mums and developmental movements for babies, creating a shared experience that nurtures both of you.

 

Each class includes soothing yoga postures and relaxation for mums, alongside songs, rhymes, and movements designed to support your baby’s physical and cognitive development.

Friendly, inclusive, and relaxed, these classes offer a welcoming space for new mums to connect with their babies and each other. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to ease back into movement post-birth, you’ll be guided through gentle postnatal yoga that supports recovery and helps relieve tension.

This class is suitable for babies from 8 weeks. Mums, no prior yoga experience is required. You'll be warmly welcomed into a supportive community of like-minded people who are on the same journey.

Women's Yoga

Zoe’s Women's Yoga classes offer a truly restorative and nurturing experience, different from your typical yoga class. Each session begins with a women’s circle, providing a supportive space to share how you're feeling and what's happening in your life. From there, Zoe tailors the practice to meet the needs of the group.

The yoga practice is a blend of flowing Vinyasa, breathwork, meditation, and restorative Yin yoga, designed to support both body and mind. Zoe’s approach is rooted in working with the natural rhythms of the moon, seasons, and your hormonal cycles, helping you stay balanced and connected to your innate feminine wisdom.

Gentle flow Yoga

Join Zoe’s weekly yoga class, a welcoming and inclusive space open to all ages and genders, created to support every aspect of your wellbeing. The class begins with a healing circle, where each person has the chance to share how they’ve been feeling and what's happening in their life. This creates a sense of community, belonging, and emotional support, helping you feel more connected.

The yoga practice is tailored to the group’s needs each week and includes:

  • Vinyasa Yoga: Flowing, mindful movement to energize and strengthen the body.

  • Restorative Yin Yoga: Slow, deep stretches to help you unwind and release tension.

  • Yoga Nidra: A deeply restful practice that calms the nervous system and brings deep relaxation.

Zoe’s classes emphasize nervous system regulation, making them perfect for anyone feeling the pressures of modern life, especially those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or who are part of the neurodivergent community. Zoe teaches in a trauma-informed style, with her ongoing training in Yoga Therapy enhancing her approach to healing through yoga.

Classes are aligned with the natural cycles of the moon, seasons, and the rhythms of life, creating a deeper connection to both yourself and nature.
