About Zoe

Hi, I'm Zoe Meachem — a yoga teacher, qualified homeopath and Yoga Therapist in training, based in Worcestershire. I've been working with women, babies and families for over 10 years, offering classes and workshops across Worcester, and Bromsgrove. Thank you for dropping by!

I began my path in holistic wellbeing in 2003, with a degree in Homeopathic Medicine from the University of Central Lancashire — qualifying as a homeopath and developing a deep understanding of the whole person: body, mind and spirit. I then managed Neal's Yard Remedies shops and therapy rooms across the UK for around 6 years, before travelling to teach English and Montessori at an international school in Northern Thailand. During this time I became pregnant with my first baby and decided to turn my passion for yoga into my career — training with in Pregnancy Yoga and Baby Massage  back in 2015, soon after having my first baby. I've never looked back.

I've been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10, and am currently deepening my work through Yoga Therapy training. Yoga Therapy uses yogic models — including an understanding of the koshas, the nervous system, breath and the subtle body — to help people live life with more ease. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, it works with the whole person, using yoga as a genuine tool for healing, balance and restoration. This lens informs everything I teach.

Alongside my own classes, I work with Koala Tree offering mindful movement sessions, and with Nurture Families bringing yoga into schools — sharing the benefits of breath, movement and mindfulness with children and young people in Worcestershire.

Over the years I've continued to build on my qualifications, which now include:

  • 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

  • Pregnancy Yoga and Mindfulness

  • Hypnobirthing

  • Postnatal Yoga Rehab

  • Perinatal Yoga Therapy for Mind and Body

  • Yin Yoga

  • Children's

  • Baby Massage

  • Yoga Therapy (currently in training)

  • Sound Therapy

My focus is on helping women tap into their inner strength and wisdom, while supporting nervous system regulation — through gentle, nurturing and feminine practice. Whether someone comes to me in pregnancy, early motherhood, or simply needing to rest and restore, I meet them where they are and offer practices that genuinely support their wellbeing.

I'm a mum to two girls, both born at home in birthing pools using yoga and hypnobirthing. Those births were the most rewarding moments of my life, and they're a big part of why I do this work. I support families through all types of birth — physiological, assisted and c-section — and have worked with hundreds of women across Worcestershire over the years.

Families often begin their journey with me in pregnancy yoga, many go on to hypnobirthing workshops with their birth partners, and once babies arrive I offer baby massage, postnatal yoga and yoga for mums. I believe deeply in mothering the mother — supporting and nourishing her, so that she has the strength to pour her care into her baby.

My women's yoga classes and retreats focus on helping women refill their emotional cups, reconnect with their bodies, and find community. Sessions are woven around the rhythms of the seasons, the moon and women's cyclical nature. I also run

Yoga Circles — open to all ages, abilities and genders — because yoga really should be for everybody.
