Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation
Gentle, nurturing movement, breath work, and relaxation to support your changing body, ease discomfort, and help you feel calm and empowered as you prepare for birth. Sessions may also include Hypnobirthing tools, birth partner support, and coaching around birth choices and confidence.

Postnatal Yoga & Recovery
A soft landing into motherhood. We’ll focus on healing and rebalancing your body after birth — supporting pelvic floor recovery, easing tension, and restoring strength — all while holding space for your emotions and energy levels. Babies are always welcome to join.

General Yoga & Relaxation
If you're looking for gentle, restorative yoga to support your nervous system, ease stress or anxiety, or simply reconnect with your body and breath, we can co-create a calm, grounding practice just for you. No experience needed — this is your time to slow down and feel supported.

Hypnobirthing & Birth Coaching
These empowering sessions help you prepare positively for labour and birth. Learn practical tools for relaxation, breathing, mindset, and informed decision-making. Perfect for first-time parents or as a refresher — sessions can include birth partner preparation too.

Baby Massage & Mama Relax
A soothing session for you and your baby. Learn gentle massage techniques to support bonding, ease wind and colic, and promote restful sleep. We always begin with space for you to pause, rest, and reflect — because your well-being matters just as much.

Single Session – £60 (75 mins)
A personalised, nurturing session designed around you and your needs. Includes travel to your home and any props or materials needed.

​

Package of 3 Sessions – £165
Ideal for building confidence over time, preparing for birth, or creating space for consistent postnatal recovery and support.

 

Baby Massage Course (3 sessions) – £120
Includes printed handouts and massage oil. Each session includes time for mama to rest and reflect, as well as learning massage techniques tailored to your baby’s needs.

Full-Day Private Hypnobirthing Course – £275 (around 6 hours)
A complete, in-depth Hypnobirthing and birth preparation experience in the comfort of your own home. Perfect for couples wanting to prepare together in one relaxed day.
Includes:
• Hypnobirthing techniques (breathing, partner massage, birth positions, mindset, affirmations)
• Birth education & informed decision-making
• Partner support & role in birth
• Birth planning and confidence building
• Handouts, Guided Hypnosis MP3's to keep
Breaks in throughout the day to keep things gentle, relaxed, and supportive.
