Women's Yoga

A nurturing evening class for women to move, breathe, share and restore, including women navigating motherhood, perimenopause and the menopause transition.

This class begins with an open, supportive women's circle, a gentle space to share, connect and be heard before moving into practice. Whether you've had a hard week or a good one, there's always room to arrive exactly as you are.

We then flow into a deeply soothing evening yoga class, blending the fluidity of slow Vinyasa with the calming stillness of Yin Yoga. This combination helps you unwind from the demands of modern life, ease tension from the body, and reconnect with your breath, setting you up beautifully for a night of deep, restorative sleep.

You'll move gently and mindfully, flowing through poses that improve posture, release held tension and leave you feeling stretched, soft and calm. Some poses are held a little longer, inviting you to slow down, deepen your breath and access a profound state of rest.

Led by Zoe, a teacher with 20 years of personal yoga practice and 10 years of teaching experience, this is more than just a yoga class. Zoe weaves her knowledge of holistic wellbeing, women's cyclical rhythms and the rhythms of the seasons into her teaching, offering a truly nourishing space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other.

This is a space particularly suited to women in perimenopause and midlife, navigating shifting hormones, sleep, mood and energy. The restorative, nervous system led approach and evening timing make it an easy fit for this stage of life. Motherhood, at any stage, is also warmly held here. Open to all women 3 months+ postnatal, and to any woman who needs to refill her cup.
