Postnatal Yoga for Mums
Postnatal Yoga for Mums — a nurturing space designed especially for postnatal mums to restore and recharge. Suitable from 8 weeks postnatal (or 12 weeks after a C-section), this class combines flowing Vinyasa yoga with focused postnatal rehabilitation to help you regain strength and flexibility.
Sessions blend rest and relaxation with higher-energy flows to improve fitness and rebuild a sense of empowerment within your body.
Bring your baby along! The centre of our space is thoughtfully set up with toys, cosy blankets, and soft play for movers, creating a welcoming environment for little ones. Whether your baby stays by your mat or enjoys time with other babies in the middle, they’ll benefit from social interaction and gentle stimulation.
This baby-led but parent - focused class allows you the freedom to rock, feed, or change your baby at any time.
As a mum, you’ll focus on relieving common postnatal aches—like sore shoulders and backs—while using breathwork to balance, heal, and replenish your energy.
Led by Zoe, an experienced and qualified yoga teacher trained in Postnatal Yoga Rehab and currently advancing her skills in Yoga Therapy, this class offers an opportunity to realign posture, reconnect with yourself, and embrace a healing journey—all with your baby by your side. Join us to nurture your body and mind while connecting with other mums in a supportive community.
