Autumn Night Off (Harvest Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath) For all women, whatever season of life you're in Ombersley Road Methodist Church Hall Saturday 26th September, 6-8pm We've just crossed the autumn equinox, that quiet turning point where day and night fall into balance and the year properly tips toward rest. Now the Harvest Full Moon follows close behind — the last full moon before the seasons properly turn. Just as the trees let their leaves fall without resistance, autumn is a gentle reminder that we're allowed to do the same. This event is a chance to pause, rest, and truly let go, whether you're pregnant, postnatal, perimenopausal, or just deep in the thick of life. Gentle Yoga (suitable for pregnancy, past 14 weeks, and also non-pregnant women) Sound bath Tea, chat and chill No previous experience needed, just bring yourself. All equipment, yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions are provided, but you're always welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Suitable for pregnant (past 14 weeks) and non-pregnant women. Expect gentle movement, deep rest, and good company. £20. Booking essential. Limited spaces available. Can't wait to share this one with you! :)

Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment Bookings on any classes are only secured once full payment of the applicable course fee has been processed. Prices are correct as they appear on the website. Prices may change occasionally and offers may be available for a limited time. Cancellation All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is cancelled by Zoe Meachem, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellation by a course participant although Zoe may, in their sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in exceptional circumstances. All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.
