Course Description
Parent & Baby Sound Bath Ombersley Road Methodist Church Hall Monday 10th August, 2–3:30pm £18 | Booking essential | Limited to 12 spaces Looking for a way to relax with your baby? This gentle, nurturing session is designed especially for parents and their little ones, a soothing siesta-style afternoon of gentle movement, sound and calm. What to expect: Gentle yoga to release tension and help you and your baby settle in, followed by a baby-appropriate sound bath using lower volume instruments; ocean waves, chimes and singing bowls, chosen to be soothing for both of you. Babies will have sounds, bubbles and toys to keep them happily engaged. We'll finish with tea, chat and a chance to decompress together. No previous experience needed. Just bring yourself, your baby, and anything you need to feel extra comfortable. Additional parents and carers are welcome - turn it into a treat for all of you. Being realistic: There is no expectation of silence or total stillness in this session. If your baby needs feeding, changing, rocking or a wander around the room, please just do what you would normally do, make yourself at home. A little background noise is all part of it. That said, if your baby is having a tough day and begins prolonged crying or is really unsettled, I'd gently ask that you take them to a quieter room adjacent to the main hall, for their sake as much as anyone else's. If you need to leave for this reason, I'm happy to offer a class pass to another session. It happens, no worries at all. Suitable for pregnant (past 14 weeks) and non-pregnant adults and non-crawling babies. All equipment is provided. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions, though you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Can't wait to share this special sound bath with you!

Reservation & Payment Bookings on any classes are only secured once full payment of the applicable course fee has been processed. Prices are correct as they appear on the website. Prices may change occasionally and offers may be available for a limited time. Cancellation All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is cancelled by Zoe Meachem, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellation by a course participant although Zoe may, in their sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in exceptional circumstances. All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.
