🌞 Summer Solstice Yoga & Sound bath at The Fold With Zoe Meachem Yoga & Carrie's Wellbeing Friday 20th June | 6:30–8:30pm | The Fold, Bransford Celebrate the light and abundance of midsummer with an evening of deep rest, nourishment, and connection in the beautiful, tranquil setting of The Fold. Join us for a soothing Summer Solstice experience beginning with a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow led by Zoe — grounding you into your body and the energy of the season. We'll then drift into a deeply restorative sound bath guided by Carrie's Wellbeing, with healing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments washing over you. Afterwards, enjoy herbal tea and homemade summer bliss balls as we come together in a relaxed, candlelit circle. Reflect, restore, and align with the solar energy of growth, gratitude, and inner radiance. ✨ No yoga or sound experience needed. All welcome. 🌻 Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided – just bring yourself and an open heart. 💛 Expect calm, connection, and a touch of summer magic. Cancellation Policy
Reservation & Payment Bookings on any classes are only secured once full payment of the applicable course fee has been processed. Prices are correct as they appear on the website. Prices may change occasionally and offers may be available for a limited time. Cancellation All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is cancelled by Zoe Meachem, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellation by a course participant although Zoe may, in their sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in exceptional circumstances. All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.
